If you have the coronavirus

Stay at home and get a PCR test if you have coronavirus symptoms

The symptoms are:

  • a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back.
  • a new, continuous cough – this means you have started coughing repeatedly.
  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

Most people with symptoms have at least 1 of these.

You are required to self-isolate for 10 days or even longer until your symptoms have gone.

You can get regular rapid tests if you do not have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) by;

  • Ordering them online

  • Going to a test centre

  • Collecting them to take home from a test centre or your local pharmacy

Remember the Hands, Face, Space and Fresh air rule!
