ABOUT JASMINE
Jasmine is a certified family coach and a qualified teacher. She lived abroad for over fifteen years and has lived and worked in Venezuela, The USA, England, Turkey, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Morocco, Spain, Tunisia, Saudi, The United Arab Emirates and now the UK.
Her diverse background and experience has enabled her to relate to all walks of life. Her coaching applies an authentic, creative, multi-dimensional approach that is fun and dynamic.
She supports not only teens, but also siblings, parents and teachers. She is the creator of the Express to Success programme which teaches key tools and techniques to build self- confidence.
She works with clients 1-1 as well as giving workshops to schools and universities.

Andy Oldfield
ABOUT ANDY
I am a registered mental health nurse with over 30 years’ experience working in the NHS in both clinical, managerial and executive roles.
I am a qualified coach and have extensive experience of coaching, mentoring and providing clinical and managerial supervision. I have developed a specific interest in providing coaching to managers and executives working in the public sector, particularly NHS, local authority and education, and have found that delivering high quality coaching, either 1+1 or in a group, can provide significant benefits in what is an increasingly pressurised environment.
During my time working in senior management roles within the NHS I have developed significant facilitation and training skills which included developing bespoke training programmes for senior management teams, delivering workshops and change programmes to support transformation projects and building and developing teams across the mental health spectrum, skills which I have now been able to successfully transfer to my current work.

Throughout my life and career I’ve always been passionate about inspiring others to make positive changes in their lives and have always been interested in all areas of personal development.
I discovered life coaching myself a few years ago as I felt lost and unsure what path to take next. My children had grown up, I was approaching 50 and I needed to find my purpose/identity again.
Through training and self awareness I now want to work with you to maximise your potential. Whether that is helping you to find direction, make life changes, deal with stress or anxiety or build your confidence. Whichever life stage you are at I will help you find what makes you happy.

Karen Porter
ABOUT KAREN
I am an ICF ACC qualified life coach as well as a specialist in CBT, NLP and mindfulness. I am passionate about improving people’s physical and mental well-being with an emphasis on promoting strength (both mental and physical) to empower them to be their best self. I have been supporting people for over fifteen years, as well as my own three teenage children.
The key to achieving good mental and physical health lies in the ability to be self-aware. Self discovery is the cornerstone of my approach and I always start by encouraging people to develop an awareness of their own mental health and to identify patterns and habits that shape their working lives. This involves clients reflecting, with my support, upon the areas of their lives that require change.
It’s vital that these changes are sustainable which is why building self-belief is an essential part of my wellbeing and coaching programmes. I support everyone to set smart goals and identify the steps needed in order to achieve them and to break unhelpful habits and past patterns. I do this by encouragement, empathy and gentle guidance.
Aside from my life coaching and training, I am also a highly qualified fitness coach and am able to use much of the knowledge I have gained to promote physical change. I firmly believe that mental and physical wellbeing are inextricably linked.
In recent times, there has been an even greater need to evaluate ones mental and physical position, at the same time as learning how to effectively adapt to change and create a stability in life. Stress, anxiety and fear have been prevalent; gaining the understanding and tools to manage this is imperative to success; in business and personally.
